Returns Policy

We pride ourselves in the high-quality products we produce and ensure we package to perfection, however in the event your order arrives to you not in perfect condition, please contact us at hello@lilyandlark.com.au.

Please let us know what the fault is and send through 2-3 supporting images, within seven working days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we can only process refunds for faulty goods, not a change of mind.

If your return is accepted, a full refund of the price you paid for the item will be issued within thirty days.​

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
